If you choose to pay by PayPal
- Your Town Jewelers item will be ready in 24 hours or less.
- You can pick it up right away or within 3 days.
- After 3 days, orders are returned to the store floor and a store credit will be applied to your in store account that is good for 12 months.
If you choose to pay by check
- Items will be held for 24 hrs
- After 24 hrs the items will be returned to the store floor
Return Policy:
Within 30 days from date of purchase you can exchange or receive store credit. Store credit expires 12 months from the date it is applied to the in store account.
