In the previous year, we had the privilege of sponsoring over 30 different charities in the Peachtree City, Newnan, Fayetteville, and surrounding areas.
This year, our goal is to increase our support and contribute more generously to local charities.
The current economic climate presents challenges for charities to continue providing essential services to our community.
Hence, we are extending this offer to any approved 501(c)(3) charity, regardless of size, to receive a substantial donation from our business.

We understand the immense passion and dedication that you and the members of your charitable organization have for making a difference in the lives of others. We greatly appreciate the time and energy you all selflessly contribute.
To express our gratitude and connect with these incredible individuals, we have launched the Social Outreach Campaign. Through this initiative, we aim to meet and personally thank you for your invaluable efforts in helping those in need.
How Does Social Outreach Campaign Works?
We are firm believers in simplicity and ease.
Step 1: Fill out the Charitable Partner form and contact us at 770-460-7787 to ensure all formalities are completed.
Step 2: Spread the word among your organization members, informing them that they can make a significant impact on the donation amount by visiting Town Square Jewelers and signing under your charity's tab in our Community Outreach Program book. To participate, supporters must be at least 18 years old, with a valid photo ID. They have to sign under your charity's tab providing their name, address, email address, and telephone number. We will add these names to our mailing list. Please note that we will only consider entries that fill all four pieces of information, and we will track your progress using physical signup pages. We will provide your charity with a copy of the physical record at the end of the signup period to thank your supporters.
Step 3: Choose how you would like to receive your donation. You can either receive it as a gift certificate, available in one or multiple amounts of $100 and above or redeem in-stock merchandise for your event. Please keep in mind that we will require a few days to process the donation after your signup period concludes.
Presented below are the initial five levels:
Bronze Level - Secure a $100 gift certificate by obtaining signatures from 5 people under your charity's tab.
Silver Level - Earn a $250 gift certificate by gathering signatures from 6 to 10 individuals under your tab.
Gold Level - Attain a $500 gift certificate by collecting signatures from 11 to 15 people under your tab.
Platinum Level - Achieve a $750 gift certificate by acquiring signatures from 16 to 20 individuals under your tab.
Diamond Level - Receive a $1,000 gift certificate by having 21 to 25 people sign under your tab.
Ultimate Level - We extend our giving from the 26th to the 200th person. Please contact us for further details.
About Signing Up
- The program operates on a calendar basis, starting from January 15th and continuing until October 31st every year.
- Each charity is given a maximum 30-day window to get as many supporters as possible to sign up under their charity's tab. If you don't require or have fewer than 30 days before your event, the minimum window is five business days. Our Community Outreach Program is open from January 15th to October 31st each calendar year.
- The program resets annually, allowing charities to reapply once every year. You can submit your application to become a charity partner between January 15th and October 20th.
- Donations can be scheduled for pickup between January 25th and December 31st, during regular business hours. Please note that we require a few days to process the donation after the signup period ends.
- Only one signup per person is allowed per year. If we find any discrepancies or attempts to sign up for multiple programs, the individual will be removed from all lists for that year.
- To sign up, you must visit Town Square Jewelers at our physical shop, as we do not accept online signups for our campaign.
About the Gift Certificate
- If you are unable to pick up your gift certificate before December 31st, please contact us at 770-460-7787 before that date.
- The gift certificate can only be collected by the person who signed up for the campaign. Spouses, children, relatives, significant others, or friends of the designated person are not eligible to pick up the certificate. Kindly bring a valid photo ID when collecting the gift certificate.
- Once you have the physical gift certificate, you have the option to use it for a blind auction, raffle it off, or give it away.
- Please note that the gift certificates are only valid for jewelry and services at Town Square Jewelers and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only 501(c)(3) charities that have submitted the Charitable Partner form and have been approved will be considered eligible. We make every effort to process the form within three business days.
