If you’re paying by credit card you’ll need your card number and expiration date when you order. We gladly accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER cards for purchases. If you are paying by check in person please bring with you proper identification.
Be sure to include any special instructions for the order.

- If you choose to pay by PayPal
- Your Town Jewelers item will be ready in 24 hours or less.
- You can pick it up right away or within 3 days.
- After 3 days, orders are returned to the store floor and a store credit will be applied to your in store account that is good for 12 months.
- If you choose to pay by check
- Items will be held for 24 hrs
- After 24 hrs the items will be returned to the store floor
- Returns: Within 30 days from date of purchase you can exchange or receive store credit. Store credit expires 12 months from the date it is applied to the in store account.
