What an AMAZING group of people. The “customer service” at this place transcends into something that’s more like a family fellowship experience than a business transaction. They truly connect with you…AND meet your customer needs. The jeweler there was able to resize my engagement ring to a 4 without leaving me with a thin or stretched band. It was broad and fits PERFECT now. They also interacted and got to know my son during our time there and the entire experience ended with hugs as we left the store.
