Mackenzie answered all of my questions and was very helpful in the process of my custom made necklace. I’m so glad that I took the time and waited for Mackenzie to find me the perfect sized Diamond in the exact cut I was looking for in my budget. Cindy is a rock star! I came in with my grandmothers engagement ring (almost 100 years old) and she carefully showed us... the flaws and repair time/costs. And it was done the very next day....so my fiancé definitely surprised me when he showed up at my door to propose that evening!!!
