I would like to start off by saying the customer svc is SUPERB!!! I wandered into this business one day just for watch... batteries and jewelry cleaning. Well ever since that day I've been going back. I've made purchases but not only that, I took my 14kt gold charm that was custom made over 20 yrs ago in to them. The charm was not to my liking. It was the charm on a square gold plate, but because I spent a lot of money to get it made I just kept it. Well needless to say, when they looked at the charm, immediately I was convinced that the charm could be modified to look better than it did initially. I was SOOOOOO PLEASED when I got it back with the way that it looked. THANKS AGAIN TOWN SQUARE!!!read more

I recently purchased a third chain for my 3rd son. I wanted all 3 boys to have something similar. Eric had helped me... before on my 2nd purchased , trying the chain on himself to give me a better idea of how it would look and if the length was appropriate. I had two lovely ladies help me on my first two purchases but this time it was Eric's turn. I must express that the knowledge and professionalism is excellent but there's also a feeling of being home having a conversation with a friend. We must remember that our friends at Town Square Jewelers also have families and special occasions and will treat your situation as their own. I have had custom pieces made and have bought many things over the years. I andmy family have made many purchases of rings, necklaces and Pearls, I have had a strand of pearls re-strung there as well. Town Square Jewelers is a local jewelry retailer in Fayetteville, GA.. I've had my watches serviced their from time to... time. Today, I had a battery replaced and a link added to the bracelet. I was pleasantly greeted and the service was quickly completed. I think the Associates name was Alyssa. I also inquired about a white gold neck chain to put on a pendant. But they didn't have one in store. However, Alyssa was very helpful in assisting me with picking a style I preferred and to check if the store could get it for me. It was a good experience. Had diamond solitaire earrings updated. 25 yr old posts were very thin and the screw on feature was worn. Alyssa Irwin... graciously helped by spending time showing me options, listening and understanding my preferences. The new settings were ordered at a fair price and the jeweler had them ready in a little over a week. Unfortunately the ridges on the new screw on posts were VERY sharp and thicker than my old studs making them unwearable. I received a post purchase courtesy text from Alyssa and she asked me to return to the store and they would make things right. When I arrived a few days later, a plan of action was already underway. The posts were reordered and a week later the earrings were finished. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service and product results. Alyssa was great and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her and Town Center to anyone. Thank you.read more

This jewelry store is always friendly and grateful to have your business no matter the budget. I have dealt with Alyssa... and Eric recently on 2 differendt trips and they were both very helpful. I had my kids with me to pick out a few gifts and we didn't know what we were looking for but Alyssa helped us find multiple gifts quickly and within our budget. Same with Eric when I went back for my daughter's birthday. He made the visit easy for me and rewarding for my daughter. Great customer service!I recently had to have several repairs done on some of my jewelry and “WOW”, what a difference... compared to other jewelry stores. My repairs were done faster and the workmanship was much better than other experiences I’ve had. Now, I will only trust Town Square Jewelers to do any repair work on my jewelry.All of the employees on the sales floor are wonderful and Alyssa has become my “go-to” person. She is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I visited this location 2 days ago and the experience was great. Alyssa made me feel like we were the best of friends.... Her personality is out of this world! She was very patient and didn't rush me as I browsed through the different charms I wanted for my Pandora bracelet! She even ordered the correct size bracelet I needed as well. I called to ask about engraving, since i had already tried other places & was told my ring was too thin. She told me... yes to bring it in. I did as soon as i stepped in i was helped. My questions were answered & they engraved right away for an extra fee, i was out in 30 minutes. Price was very cheap as well, & they did an awesome job. Will come back for any repair.
