Cindy is a rock star! I came in with my grandmothers engagement ring (almost 100 years old) and she carefully showed us... the flaws and repair time/costs. And it was done the very next day....so my fiancé definitely surprised me when he showed up at my door to propose that evening!!! Was given several options and prices (all reasonable). Once a decision was made, I was able to trade in some old gold items which were broken. I received way more than was expected for the old gold items. When work was complete, it was Amazing!!! I'm not sure if it looked this good, almost 22 years ago, when I purchased it. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service I Received at Town Square Jewelers this morning. I went in to see... if I could trade in a brand new in box Pandora charm that I received as a gift as it was the wrong size for my bracelet. Granted it wasn't purchased there but was a gift from my son in Colorado. We moved to Fayetteville last year and I am a true believer in supporting local economy. My husband purchased my Pandora bracelet there and I also purchased a gift for my sister there as well. The charm couldn't have been more than $20 to $30 and I would have applied that amount to a more expensive charm. But I guess they didn't want/need the business!
