This jewelry store is always friendly and grateful to have your business no matter the budget. I have dealt with Alyssa... and Eric recently on 2 differendt trips and they were both very helpful. I had my kids with me to pick out a few gifts and we didn't know what we were looking for but Alyssa helped us find multiple gifts quickly and within our budget. Same with Eric when I went back for my daughter's birthday. He made the visit easy for me and rewarding for my daughter. Great customer service!I recently had to have several repairs done on some of my jewelry and “WOW”, what a difference... compared to other jewelry stores. My repairs were done faster and the workmanship was much better than other experiences I’ve had. Now, I will only trust Town Square Jewelers to do any repair work on my jewelry.All of the employees on the sales floor are wonderful and Alyssa has become my “go-to” person. She is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I visited this location 2 days ago and the experience was great. Alyssa made me feel like we were the best of friends.... Her personality is out of this world! I called to ask about engraving, since i had already tried other places & was told my ring was too thin. She told me... yes to bring it in. I did as soon as i stepped in i was helped. Was given several options and prices (all reasonable). Once a decision was made, I was able to trade in some old gold items which were broken. I received way more than was expected for the old gold items. When work was complete, it was Amazing!!! I'm not sure if it looked this good, almost 22 years ago, when I purchased it.
