    I have had two family rings that I’ve wanted to recreate for years ~ I finally went to Town Square to talk about my... ideas to make one beautiful heirloom ring. I found Mackenzie there & she joined right in on my journey! It took a hundred pictures & no, that won’t works, 3 different design submissions but OH! When we found the right one, we both knew it! She was very patient with me, understood the sentiment value of the process & cried with me when I was able to slide this perfect representation of me & my grandmothers onto my finger!     Town Square is a wonderful locally owned jeweler that has a huge selection of jewelry. They are always so kind and... helpful. I have had custom pieces made and have bought many things over the years. I andmy family have made many purchases of rings, necklaces and Pearls, I have had a strand of pearls re-strung there as well. They are the best hometown business you should definitely frequent instead of the chain stores.read more

    Had diamond solitaire earrings updated. 25 yr old posts were very thin and the screw on feature was worn. Alyssa Irwin... graciously helped by spending time showing me options, listening and understanding my preferences. The new settings were ordered at a fair price and the jeweler had them ready in a little over a week. Unfortunately the ridges on the new screw on posts were VERY sharp and thicker than my old studs making them unwearable. I received a post purchase courtesy text from Alyssa and she asked me to return to the store and they would make things right. When I arrived a few days later, a plan of action was already underway. The posts were reordered and a week later the earrings were finished. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service and product results. Alyssa was great and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her and Town Center to anyone. Thank you.read more

    This jewelry store is always friendly and grateful to have your business no matter the budget. I have dealt with Alyssa... and Eric recently on 2 differendt trips and they were both very helpful. I had my kids with me to pick out a few gifts and we didn't know what we were looking for but Alyssa helped us find multiple gifts quickly and within our budget. Same with Eric when I went back for my daughter's birthday. He made the visit easy for me and rewarding for my daughter. They are familiar with suppliers and their inventory and placed the necessary order with no problems and it all came in when they said it would and as ordered.Now YOU have a friend in the jewelry business.     Great customer service!I recently had to have several repairs done on some of my jewelry and “WOW”, what a difference... compared to other jewelry stores. My repairs were done faster and the workmanship was much better than other experiences I’ve had. Now, I will only trust Town Square Jewelers to do any repair work on my jewelry.All of the employees on the sales floor are wonderful and Alyssa has become my “go-to” person. She is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.     I visited this location 2 days ago and the experience was great. Alyssa made me feel like we were the best of friends.... Her personality is out of this world! She was very patient and didn't rush me as I browsed through the different charms I wanted for my Pandora bracelet! She even ordered the correct size bracelet I needed as well.     I have been in Town Square Jewelers several times for watch repairs. They always get the job done quickly. But on my... most recent visit, for jewelry repair, McKenzie was so friendly and well informed that I brought my husband back to buy me a necklace that she showed me. She explained the gems to me and I will be back to buy more jewelry soon. I'm going back for a diamond bracelet. It's almost Christmas 🎄!read more

    I called to ask about engraving, since i had already tried other places & was told my ring was too thin. She told me... yes to bring it in. I did as soon as i stepped in i was helped. My questions were answered & they engraved right away for an extra fee, i was out in 30 minutes. Price was very cheap as well, & they did an awesome job. Will come back for any repair. She was very professional... and friendly also very helpful and well mannered and super sweet young lady.     I came into Town Square Jewelers a few days before Christmas with my husband, hoping that I would be able to find that... perfect gift. I was greeted by and worked with Mackenzie. Mackenzie answered all of my questions and was very helpful in the process of my custom made necklace. I’m so glad that I took the time and waited for Mackenzie to find me the perfect sized Diamond in the exact cut I was looking for in my budget. Mackenzie put together a beautiful cushion cut Diamond solitaire necklace on an amazing adjustable chain.     Bought my fiance's engagement ring here and had the best experience. Mackenzie was very helpful and kind throughout the... whole process. I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted or to get something I didn't. The staff provided great advice on what kind of stone and setting would be best.
